Central Monitoring Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage both the initial and ongoing Risk Management for studies.

• Engage in the selection and implementation of the Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) platform.

• Conduct Centralized Monitoring for studies, which includes reviewing Key Risk Indicators, performing Statistical Analyses, and establishing Quality Tolerance Limits.

• Present the findings of Centralized Monitoring analyses to study teams and clients, while addressing issues in a cross-functional setting.

• Develop and assess study-specific plans.

• Establish and oversee targeted Source Data Verification (SDV) and monitoring strategies for studies.

• Organize and manage Central Data Review activities within a study.

• Contribute to proposals and support bid defense meetings with insights on Risk-Based Monitoring services.

• Communicate study-related challenges to the Clinical Data Science group and collaborate on data-driven solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A College or University degree or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.

• Experience as a Clinical Study Lead or Manager.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial.

• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work autonomously are essential.

• Experience in Centralized Monitoring is advantageous.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to work with complex data and derive insights from risk reports and trends.

• Capacity to adapt to evolving circumstances and learn swiftly.

• Familiarity with processes and functions in clinical trials, along with the ability to comprehend protocols and associated study risks.

• Full working proficiency in English (knowledge of German is an asset).

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly with Excel skills.
