Central Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Establish strong relationships with current customers to provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs

• Promote additional products to existing clientele

• Respond promptly to inquiries through phone and email communication

• Manage certificates, process endorsements, and handle binder requests for personal lines insurance policies

• Ensure a positive experience for customers with every interaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in property and casualty insurance within central region states

• Valid property and casualty insurance license

• Must be located in the Central Time Zone

• Experience in servicing current policyholders and a proven track record in customer service

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capable of performing effectively at a high level in a virtual working environment
