Central Academic Affairs Manager – University Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the faculties' program development teams and facilitate the implementation of new program formats in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.

• You will keep track of innovative trends within the education market, assess new programs, and actively assist in their integration.

• You will cultivate national and international collaboration opportunities, positioning Macromedia as a significant player in the global higher education arena.

• You will ensure quality and transparency by coordinating with accreditation bodies, contributing to the QEM Office, and monitoring academic KPIs.

• You will manage participation in university rankings, thereby enhancing the institution's visibility and reputation externally.

• You will collaborate directly with the President, the Vice Presidents for Professorship Development and for Research, Artistic Practice and Knowledge Transfer, along with the Deans.

• Background in the education sector (university, academy, certificate programs).

• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• A meticulous, diligent, and systematic working approach.

• Strong networking capabilities.

• Capacity to perform effectively under pressure.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English languages.

• A completed Master's degree (essential for those aiming to pursue a PhD).

• Demonstrated knowledge of methods and analytical procedures in quantitative and/or qualitative empirical social research.
