
Cellular and Molecular Research Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Propel growth within the Cellular and Molecular Research (CMR) portfolio.
• Manage a designated territory and nurture key customer relationships.
• Achieve revenue targets across all markets.
• Formulate and implement the overall sales strategy for the assigned territory.
• Recognize and promote opportunities in instruments and consumables.
• Foster strong customer engagement and ensure long-term account development.
• Work collaboratively with Product Specialists, Field Application Scientists, and cross-functional teams to provide customer solutions and stimulate growth across product lines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Over 4 years of relevant experience in selling capital equipment and/or consumables in molecular biology, genomics, or cell analysis workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of CMR-related applications, including microplate-based solutions, imaging, electrophoresis, and flow cytometry.
• Proven consultative selling abilities with a knack for influencing customer decisions and navigating sales cycles.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and driving cross-product line opportunities to maximize account growth.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for managing pipeline, forecasting, and tracking opportunity progression.
• Strong business acumen, capable of developing and executing strategic account and territory plans.
