This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Cultivate and enhance Autolus’ relationships within accounts, including executive administration.
• Establish and maintain account profiles for each designated ATC.
• Build strong business relationships with senior account leadership, Thought Leaders (TLs), and other key decision makers/stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison for the ATC and work collaboratively with Autolus colleagues to create a cohesive and organized interface.
• Identify and address the needs of account stakeholders, collaborating with Autolus cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Quality) to develop or find suitable solutions.
• Oversee daily operations within the account, including coordinating all Autolus operational activities (e.g., site qualification, site setup, patient treatment).
• Manage compliance-related tasks (e.g., periodic audits).
• Provide clinical guidance to clinical staff (e.g., AE Management Guide, Package Insert [PI]).
• Supervise activities in patient treatment areas to ensure adherence to Chain of Identity (COI) per SOP protocols.
• Drive appropriate utilization within accounts.
• Evaluate the performance of Autolus’ therapies within accounts and formulate and implement strategic account plans to promote appropriate utilization.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Medical Affairs to regularly meet with key ATC stakeholders to educate them on the use of Autolus’ therapies and share the latest approved messaging and clinical data.
• Maintain clinical proficiency in fundamental principles of Haematology, Immunology, aALL disease and treatment, and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation.
• Support key strategic initiatives for Autolus.
• Proven track record in successful CAR-T Oncology Account Management in both academic and non-academic environments.
• Experienced leader with CAR T launch experience involving one or more CAR T Products in the US.
• Established history of leading cross-functional teams and developing B2B opportunities.
• Proficient in gathering customer insights and implementing changes in daily operations.
• Ability to thrive in an environment with minimal direction and deliver outstanding results.
• Significant overnight travel is required.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
