CBT Supervisor – Children & Young People's Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver training, support, and oversight to our network of CBT therapists, while assisting the team with data audits of clinical performance.

• Manage risk according to our policies and document any incidents of concern, ensuring that lessons learned are effectively implemented.

• Take the lead on policy evaluations and execute changes within the clinical team.

• Maintain a small clinical caseload.

⛳️ Requirements

• CYP CBT qualification with BABCP accreditation.

• Qualification in CBT supervision, along with experience in supervising CBT therapists.

• Proven experience in mental health services providing CBT.
