C&B Operation Specialist – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist with the global benefits operations, including the renewal of insurance plans, their communication, and implementation, as well as participation in special benefits initiatives such as wellbeing projects.

• Participate in external market benchmarking surveys, perform market data analyses, generate insights, and recommend adjustments to pay frameworks or pay levels.

• Manage the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of various compensation and benefits data, offering insights on talent and cost management, and potentially developing tools or templates to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Facilitate the company-wide compensation review cycles, from the preparation of baseline data to budget estimation and the implementation of allocation/results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits (C&B), with a solid understanding of C&B principles; experience from HR consulting firms or in the tech/internet/fintech sectors is advantageous.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments, demonstrating responsibility and a results-oriented mindset.

• Possess humility, strong critical thinking skills, and a proactive attitude with a keen desire to learn.

• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities, with high proficiency in Excel, GSuite, and AI tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
