This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct both standard and tailored training sessions for CATIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA in virtual, onsite, and classroom environments.
• Evaluate customer requirements and suggest learning solutions aligned with their business goals and skill levels.
• Offer practical coaching in a nurturing learning atmosphere that fosters knowledge retention and real-world application.
• Deliver technical support and guidance for CATIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA, CATIA-developed tools, and bespoke engineering workflows.
• Assist clients in overcoming engineering and design hurdles while remaining informed about software updates and industry best practices.
• Create and update course descriptions, learning objectives, training materials, and tailored content for customers.
• Collaborate with the digital content team and other internal partners to develop self-paced and instructor-led learning materials.
• Help manage and maintain training resources, such as manuals, learning platforms, and educational content libraries.
• Be prepared to travel about 25% of the time for onsite training sessions and classroom instruction at GoEngineer locations.
• Extensive knowledge of CATIA V5 and/or 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA.
• A minimum of one to two years of relevant industry experience; this position is not suitable for recent college graduates.
• Understanding of manufacturing, product development, or engineering processes.
• Excellent presentation, written communication, interpersonal, and instructional abilities, capable of simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences.
• Highly organized and self-driven, with keen attention to detail and the capacity to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and tackle technical issues.
• Experience with Camtasia for recording and editing self-paced courses is advantageous, or a willingness to acquire this skill.
• Availability and readiness to travel approximately 25% for customer onsite training and classroom teaching at GoEngineer locations.
• Reliable high-speed internet access for virtual instruction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and related hardware technologies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, design, education, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
