• Create and execute localized sales strategies that align with company objectives and guidance from the Director of Catering.
• Analyze customer insights and market trends to uncover new opportunities and enhance performance in areas that are underperforming.
• Establish strong connections with restaurant operations teams to guarantee smooth execution of catering orders and outstanding guest experiences.
• Monitor sales activities and maintain precise reporting on outreach, pipeline activities, and territory performance.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-achieving catering sales culture by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues across various markets.
• Experience in outside sales targeting both existing and new clients.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives through personal initiative and effective relationship-building.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to analyze market data and modify sales strategies as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to forge relationships both internally and externally.
• Outstanding problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick adaptability to new systems or sales tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
• Experience in multi-unit retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors.
