📋 Description

• Take ownership of and lead the strategy, expenditure, and sourcing outcomes for the category.

• Achieve the best total cost while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

• Oversee tenders, negotiations, and contracts with international suppliers.

• Formulate and implement category strategies aimed at delivering the lowest total cost while meeting quality and service requirements.

• Build and nurture a competitive and sustainable supplier network.

• Manage risks and ensure a steady supply chain.

• Utilize supplier innovations to foster business growth.

• Employ advanced tools (e-sourcing, analytics, AI) to enhance efficiency and transparency.

• Work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders across various business units.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in strategic sourcing or category management.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex negotiations and contracts.

• Strong grasp of supplier markets, total cost of ownership (TCO), and cost drivers.

• Experience in international and cross-functional work environments.

• Data-driven approach with proficiency in analytics and digital tools.
