Category Manager – Dental Implants

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategic expansion, commercial success, and development of our Dental Implants category throughout our practice network.

• Oversee all aspects from growth and marketing strategies to supplier collaborations and clinical engagement.

• Formulate and agree on a definitive category growth strategy and delivery plan with senior stakeholders.

• Collaborate with clinicians, Regional Clinical Leads, and practice teams across the network.

• Propel measurable enhancements in category performance, treatment adoption, and patient accessibility.

• Efficiently manage supplier partnerships to deliver innovation, training, and commercial benefits.

• Implement scalable treatment pathways and operational workflows throughout the practices.

• Provide performance reports and insight frameworks to foster ongoing category advancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Life Sciences / Health Sciences).

• Some professional experience in category management, program management, or commercial project execution, preferably within a structured or blue-chip organization.

• Proven ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives and drive implementation among multiple stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, with an aptitude for effectively engaging with clinicians, operational teams, and senior leaders.

• Solid commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the capacity to interpret data and enhance performance.

• Exceptional communication, organization, and delivery abilities.

• A valid driving license and access to a car are required.
