This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Proactively cultivate collaborative relationships with our retail partners to establish trust as a valuable resource for category insights and growth opportunities.
• Actively counsel Retailer partners on category and shopper-focused opportunities to enhance market share.
• Spearhead the formulation of category strategy and assist customers in developing integrated category strategies.
• Direct strategic and tactical recommendations regarding Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, and Pricing (DSMP) objectives to enhance overall category performance.
• Responsible for creating customer-specific presentations that include relevant consumer insights, competitive strategies, and new item/category selling approaches.
• Actively lead and engage in the preparation of line reviews, ongoing customer category assessments, JBP plans, and Top to Top meetings.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of plan-o-gram insights and assortments to identify and drive strategic sales opportunities and customer growth goals.
• Build strong working relationships with category leadership, buyers, and cross-functional departments.
• Provide distribution forecasts for managed accounts as input into the Campbell Snacks IBP cycle.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 4+ years of experience in Category Management or a data analytics position within the CPG sector.
• 1-3+ years of experience with IRI or Nielsen syndicated data.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to think strategically.
• Proficient technical skills (ProSpace, Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Familiarity with POG software (Blue Yonder) and experience with loyalty models.
