Category Manager – Clear Aligners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategic expansion, commercial success, and development of our Clear Aligners category throughout our practice network.

• Oversee all aspects from growth and marketing strategies to supplier collaborations and clinical engagement.

• Create a clear strategy for category growth and a delivery roadmap in agreement with senior stakeholders.

• Collaborate with clinicians, Regional Clinical Leads, and practice teams across the network.

• Propel significant enhancements in category performance, treatment uptake, and patient access.

• Forge effective partnerships with suppliers, delivering innovation, training, and commercial value.

• Establish scalable treatment pathways and operational workflows throughout practices.

• Provide comprehensive performance reporting and insight frameworks to facilitate ongoing category development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Life Sciences / Health Sciences).

• Some professional experience in category management, program management, or commercial project delivery, ideally within a structured or blue-chip organization.

• Proven ability to execute cross-functional initiatives and drive implementation involving multiple stakeholders.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and influence, with the capacity to engage effectively with clinicians, operational teams, and senior leaders.

• Robust commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and enhance performance.

• Outstanding communication, organization, and delivery capabilities.

• A valid driving license and access to a car.
