Category Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the procurement process for specific expenditures related to Rentokil-Terminix NA.

• Establish category sourcing strategies aimed at maximizing the overall spend for Rentokil-Terminix NA.

• Lead intricate, cross-functional negotiations to achieve the goals outlined in the sourcing strategies.

• Utilize robust business and legal knowledge to manage high-value, complex SOWs, RFx's, and contracts.

• Create and oversee annual cost-saving initiatives, working capital enhancements, budgets, and supplier performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement (or a related field) is required.

• Familiarity with procurement best practices and a proven history in managing related expenditures within a corporate setting.

• Proven experience in negotiating and optimizing strategic programs to align with organizational objectives and conditions.

• Background in developing and negotiating intricate contracts.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
