This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Perform market analysis to gain insights into trends, competition, technologies, and customer needs, while proposing enhancements to the portfolio for sustainable and profitable growth.
β’ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to refine the product value proposition.
β’ Take responsibility for the implementation of portfolio positioning.
β’ Create and execute an action plan for both the pre-launch and post-launch phases of products.
β’ Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of products in the market and provide recommendations to improve sales outcomes.
β’ Assist sales teams by ensuring that marketing materials and toolkits are current and tailored to our customers' needs.
β’ Design and implement marketing training plans for both internal teams and customers.
β’ Oversee all elements of the marketing mix.
β’ You possess a masterβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a technical engineering background in the Agriculture sector (or equivalent).
β’ You have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in product management within the Animal nutrition & health industry.
β’ You are fluent in English and ideally speak another language (knowledge of French will be an advantage).
β’ You are acknowledged for your interpersonal skills and your capacity to communicate and thrive in a matrix and multicultural environment.
β’ You are open-minded, a team player, and possess strong communication and presentation skills, enabling you to convey product vision and strategy effectively.
β’ You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 tools (or equivalent).
