This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer administrative and operational assistance to the Category Management team throughout the sourcing, contracting, and supplier lifecycle.
• Generate procurement documentation, reports, presentations, and sourcing materials to bolster category initiatives.
• Support strategic sourcing activities through spend analysis, market research, supplier research, and category data collection.
• Facilitate supplier onboarding and offboarding processes, gather necessary documentation, track progress, maintain supplier master data, and act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate supplier, contract, and category information is maintained across procurement systems and repositories.
• Oversee the corporate credit card program, which includes new card requests, account maintenance, cardholder changes, limit updates, cancellations, and compliance with policies.
• Review routine, low-risk supplier agreements utilizing approved templates and playbooks, escalating non-standard terms to Category Managers or Legal as needed.
• Manage the contract review, approval, execution, and document retention processes.
• Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and administrative activities for effective contract lifecycle management.
• Coordinate procurement activities and communications among internal teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
• Address routine category management and sourcing inquiries, directing complex requests to the appropriate parties.
• Compile procurement metrics, contract status updates, supplier onboarding information, and other reports to aid business decision-making.
• Maintain procurement templates, documentation, and standardized processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, contract administration, vendor management, or an administrative support role.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to rapidly learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Familiarity with Coupa procurement systems is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
