This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Offer administrative and operational assistance to the Category Management team throughout the sourcing, contracting, and supplier lifecycle.
• Create procurement documentation, reports, presentations, and sourcing materials to facilitate category initiatives.
• Aid in spend analysis, market research, supplier research, and category data gathering to support strategic sourcing efforts.
• Oversee supplier onboarding and offboarding processes, which includes collecting documentation, tracking progress, maintaining supplier master data, and serving as a liaison for stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy of supplier, contract, and category data across procurement systems and repositories.
• Manage the corporate credit card program, encompassing requests, account upkeep, cardholder adjustments, limit changes, cancellations, and adherence to policies.
• Evaluate routine, low-risk supplier agreements using approved templates and playbooks, escalating non-standard terms to Category Managers or Legal as necessary.
• Facilitate contract reviews, approvals, execution, and document retention.
• Keep track of contract milestones, renewal dates, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate procurement activities and communication among internal teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
• Address routine category management and sourcing inquiries, directing complex requests as needed.
• Compile procurement metrics, contract statuses, supplier onboarding information, and other relevant reports.
• Maintain procurement templates, documentation, and standardized processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing contract administration, vendor management, or an administrative support role.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with Coupa procurement systems is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
