Catastrophic Injury Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Associates managing complex Serious Injury claims, primarily focusing on RTA cases, often valued at multi-million-pound settlements.

• Together with your team, oversee the case strategy throughout the entire claim lifecycle, encompassing liability, quantum, rehabilitation planning, and settlement.

• Offer guidance, supervision, and peer support to your team to ensure that both client and business goals are met.

• Demonstrate integrity in leadership and show respect for all colleagues' opinions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX with litigation rights and over 8 years of PQE.

• A strong track record as a senior fee earner in Serious Injury cases, achieving results exceeding £3 million.

• A consistent history of delivering high-quality client care.

• Experience in supporting, mentoring, or developing colleagues.

• Proficient in conducting one-on-one meetings, personal development plans, and performance reviews at a senior level.

• The professional credibility to represent the firm in the Serious Injury sector.
