This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Travel nationwide to evaluate vehicle damage and assist customers during critical situations.

• Assess policy coverage, investigate claims, and document your observations.

• Prepare or validate repair estimates utilizing top-tier industry tools.

• Negotiate and resolve claims with compassion and efficiency.

• Record detailed notes, decisions, and supporting documentation within the claims system.

• Balance your responsibilities between virtual tasks and in-person assessments (70% field, 30% virtual).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in claims or auto damage (preferred).

• Skilled in estimating software such as CCC or Mitchell.

• Familiarity with vehicle repair techniques, including paintless dent repair.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• A minimum internet speed of 50 MB down/5 MB up is required for remote employees.
