Casualty Field Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as the point of contact between Insurers, Policyholders, and Brokers.

• Conduct investigations of assigned claims, whether in the field or from the office.

• Gather all essential evidence and pertinent documentation.

• Develop Preliminary Reports that outline the available evidence and provide commentary on Policy Indemnity, Legal Liability, Quantum, and Strategies.

• Identify suitable actions for resolving claims.

• Defend or negotiate settlements when appropriate, within the designated authority limits.

• Communicate professionally with all parties to actively advance the case toward resolution.

• Investigate and manage all cases in line with client requirements by adhering to established procedures at all times.

• Ensure proper reserves are maintained through regular reviews.

• Stay informed on any technical changes relevant to your position, including participation in training programs offered by the company.

• All employees are expected to comply with reasonable directives from their line manager in accordance with business needs.

• This position is well-suited for a Casualty Adjuster or investigator looking for new challenges, who is ambitious and can prove their ability to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge.

• This is a Home-Based role covering claims in the North East of England; therefore, travel within this region is required.
