This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Provide operational assistance to the brokerage team by managing daily operational activities.

• Aid in the implementation and enhancement of operational procedures.

• Collaborate with brokers to prepare documentation and cover letters for marketing renewal projects.

• Offer administrative support in filing, printing, and archiving necessary documents.

• Accurately maintain and update new and existing client information in the required systems.

• Keep organized records of client accounts, transactions, and pertinent documentation.

• Respond to broker inquiries and requests via telephone, email, chat, or in person.

• Contribute to compliance reports related to brokerage operations.

• Work alongside broker and finance teams to fulfill business requirements.

• Follow regulatory obligations and internal policies.

• Assist in identifying and mitigating operational risks while implementing controls with risk management teams.

• Provide support to the Brokerage team with various tasks and requests.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; degrees in Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management are preferred.

• Relevant discipline or equivalent work experience will be considered.

• Strong multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment.

• Active Property & Casualty license is highly preferred, or the willingness to obtain one within the first 45 days of employment.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial insurance.
