Casting Production Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee cost trackers for every production project.

• Revise cast lists to include contractual obligations, session guarantees, and booking needs.

• Log sessions, session types, and characters represented from bids and invoices.

• Dispatch final bids and invoices for payment processing.

• Record service rates along with associated bids and invoices.

• Monitor talent-session guarantees in relation to contractual commitments.

• Collaborate with Production and Finance to project external talent budgets.

• Maintain up-to-date spending for precise budget-spend reporting.

• Analyze actuals against casting cost trackers.

• Generate monthly spending reports for development partners.

• Support talent travel arrangements, direct-bill requests, and car-service bookings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.

• Minimum of 3 years in administrative or comparable roles.

• Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with AAA talent and recording studio personnel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated and focused on achieving results.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

• Capacity to work independently on challenging projects with minimal oversight.

• Experience collaborating across various time zones.

• Prior experience with high-profile executives and performers is preferred.

• Familiarity with recording studios and their services is a plus.

• Knowledge of PlayStation products is beneficial.

• Experience in a multinational global company is an advantage.

• Familiarity and experience with talent agencies is desirable.
