Castilian Spanish Labeler, Annotator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct side-by-side evaluations of AI-generated responses.

• Assess outputs for precision, relevance, clarity, adherence to instructions, and overall quality.

• Evaluate AI responses related to general inquiries, web search results, file-based and image-based outputs, content generation tasks, as well as single-turn and multi-turn conversations.

• Recognize nuances in language, tone, meaning, and cultural context pertinent to Castilian Spanish.

• Accurately and consistently apply specific annotation guidelines tailored to various scenarios.

• Clearly document evaluation choices and provide justifications when necessary.

• Ensure consistent quality and judgment while managing a high volume of evaluations.

• Engage in training, calibration, and ongoing quality assessment activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level or professional proficiency in Castilian Spanish.

• Extensive understanding of the linguistic norms, tone, idioms, and cultural context of Spanish as utilized in Spain.

• Strong reading comprehension in English, with the ability to comprehend detailed guidelines written in English.

• Previous experience in side-by-side labeling, annotation, or comparative content evaluation.

• Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to discern subtle variations in quality, meaning, tone, and adherence to instructions.

• Ability to learn and consistently implement structured evaluation frameworks.

• Proficient written communication skills and the ability to articulate evaluation decisions clearly.

• Capacity to work independently while ensuring alignment with team quality standards.

• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States and reside within a U.S. time zone.
