Cash Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee client funds reconciliations and investigate as well as resolve any discrepancies.

• Reduce unallocated cash by actively managing queries and resolving issues.

• Assist in credit control processes, ensuring timely management of outstanding debts.

• Provide support for Client Money audits and maintain precise records and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with CASS 5 requirements and FCA client money regulations continuously.

• Collaborate with franchise offices and internal stakeholders to offer IBA-related assistance and guidance.

• Support the Coversure Franchise office network throughout the UK.

• Establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Uphold stringent financial controls and high standards of financial accuracy and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing intricate client money reconciliations within an insurance broking context.

• Familiarity with CASS 5 and FCA Client Money regulations.

• Solid understanding of IBA procedures.

• Knowledge of Acturis and other insurance broking systems is a plus.

• Capability to produce accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong time management abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• A proactive and self-driven approach.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a remote setting.
