Cash Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Process customer cash payments to open accounts receivable (AR) for designated customer accounts.

• Manage and resolve bank fees, interest charges, and foreign exchange transactions.

• Oversee various journal entries for North America and Europe.

• Facilitate funding transactions among different entities.

• Handle payroll processing and tax-related tasks.

• Administer service charges and other miscellaneous processing tasks.

• Execute automatic payment transactions within SAP (PR00 and FEBA).

• Ensure adherence to necessary internal controls and company policies.

• Address customer payment concerns with credit and leadership teams promptly.

• Resolve unidentified customer payments prior to the month-end closing process.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in SAP or comparable ERP systems.

• Over 2 years of relevant experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or account reconciliation.

• Excellent professional English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
