This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate reimbursement processes to ensure timely, precise, and consistent management of coverage-related requests across customer operations and patient support workflows.

• Coordinate documentation related to benefits, case updates, follow-up activities, and reimbursement support communications to promote case advancement.

• Address routine reimbursement challenges, documentation deficiencies, and workflow exceptions to minimize delays and enhance access-related outcomes.

• Maintain precise case records, reimbursement documentation, and system updates to ensure operational transparency, reporting readiness, and workflow management.

• Observe reimbursement trends, recurring challenges, and escalation indicators to foster proactive issue resolution and service continuity.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to synchronize communications, clarify reimbursement requirements, and aid in case resolution.

• Contribute to process enhancements, workflow modifications, and operational preparedness initiatives that bolster scalable and future-oriented reimbursement support services.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a related area is required.

• Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, customer relationship management systems, or process improvement is preferred.

• Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution sector.

• Familiarity with automated warehouse operating systems.

• Strong business and financial insight.

• Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities.

• Proficient in effective oral and written communication.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills; adept at resolving issues effectively and efficiently.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Programs.
