Case Manager, Law Firm Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Client Onboarding & Communication: Facilitate case management introductions, ensure clients are receiving appropriate medical treatment or meeting other requirements, and conduct regular check-ins to provide updates and collect information. 📝📞

• Case Management: Effectively track case progress, ensuring all interactions with clients are accurately documented and that all files and reports are properly organized. 📂✔️

• Calendar Management: Monitor important deadlines and follow-ups, ensuring that all relevant parties are notified and kept updated. 📅✅

• Third-Party Coordination: Provide and collect necessary information from medical providers, follow up on liability concerns and policy limits, and manage communication with insurance companies, Government Agencies, and the USCIS. Prepare and dispatch MedPay demands as necessary. 🏥📞

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of **1 year of experience** in a law firm, particularly focusing on **Personal Injury (PI)** and **Immigration** cases. 💼

• Strong understanding of **U.S. Personal Injury and Immigration legal procedures** and case management. ⚖️

• A **background in customer service and sales** is highly desirable. 💬

• Proficient in **verbal and written communication skills** in **English (C1 or higher).** 🗣️

• Excellent **prioritization and time-management skills.** ⏰

• Ability to work **independently** and manage **confidential information** with care. 🔒

• Possession of a **Bachelor’s degree in law** is preferred. 🎓

• Must permanently reside in Latin America. 🌍

• Must own a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. 💻
