Case Manager – International

📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload of personal injury cases from initial intake to final resolution.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular communication and updates throughout the duration of the case.

• Coordinate and supervise medical treatments, requests for records, and billing documentation.

• Collaborate closely with attorneys to enhance case strategy, preparation, and advancement.

• Prepare and review correspondence, case summaries, and various legal documents.

• Interact with insurance companies, medical providers, and other external parties in a professional and timely manner.

• Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and case milestones to ensure the efficient progression of all matters.

• Keep organized and current case files within the firm’s case management system.

• Assist in settlement preparations, which includes compiling necessary documentation and addressing outstanding balances when required.

• Provide administrative support as needed to ensure a seamless case flow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside outside of the United States (international applicants only).

• Prior experience as a case manager, legal assistant, or in a personal injury law firm is essential.

• Strong knowledge of personal injury case processes and workflows.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in speaking and understanding Spanish is required.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to handle multiple cases and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software (experience with legal software is advantageous).

• Must have a reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely full-time.
