
Case Manager, Bilingual – Wellbeing Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conduct thorough and compassionate interviews with working professionals and senior executives to evaluate their mental wellbeing.
• Take detailed notes during the interviews.
• Integrate questionnaire responses with interview insights to create a comprehensive wellbeing assessment.
• Generate summary reports that include personalized recommendations based on integrated data and clinical best practices.
• Work collaboratively with our team lead and clinical psychologist.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field in mental health.
• Experience in working with clients within mental health, wellness, or counseling environments.
• Capability to conduct thorough and empathetic interviews to evaluate mental wellbeing.
• Proficient in analyzing questionnaire data and synthesizing results with interview findings.
• Exceptional writing skills for documenting interviews and crafting detailed summary reports.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities in both French and English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and caseloads effectively while upholding strict confidentiality and professional boundaries.
