This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Implement strategies to enhance on-time delivery, product quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and track the status of various customer orders and partner projects.
• Deliver outstanding customer and partner support through relationship development, partnership establishment, and timely updates on orders.
• Utilize technical expertise (or engage subject matter experts) in manufacturing design and production to guarantee prompt job completion.
• Understand supplier capabilities and carry out supplier management tasks, including phone assessments, schedule formulation, quality evaluations, and corrective measures.
• Evaluate the implications of rejected manufactured parts and liaise with suppliers and customers to address concerns.
• Handle customer complaints leading to product replacements.
• Provide updates on status, risks, and recovery actions for problematic orders and projects.
• Previous experience in project management, supply chain, and customer service.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the manufacturing or operations sectors.
• Capability to conduct root cause analysis and devise solutions for complex issues.
• Fully remote position.
