This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Implement initiatives to enhance on-time delivery, product quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and oversee the progress of various customer orders and partner projects.
• Deliver outstanding service to customers and partners by building relationships, forming partnerships, and providing timely updates on orders.
• Utilize technical expertise (or engage subject matter experts) related to manufacturing design and production to guarantee prompt job completion.
• Gain an understanding of supplier capabilities and ensure effective supplier management, which includes phone assessments, schedule development, quality evaluations, and corrective measures.
• Evaluate the effects of rejected manufactured parts and collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues.
• Handle customer complaints that lead to product replacements.
• Provide updates on status, risks, and recovery strategies for orders and jobs facing challenges.
• Previous experience in project management, supply chain, and customer service.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the manufacturing or operations sector.
• Competence in performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions for complex challenges.
