This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee resources to achieve performance goals while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Allocate suitable internal and external resources based on the requirements of each case.
• Actively manage ongoing jobs to guarantee timely completion and delivery.
• Address urgent client and resource inquiries, including those that arise outside of standard business hours.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide consistent updates and maintain alignment.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, court reporters, and other service partners.
• Work alongside Sales to ensure overall client satisfaction and effective service delivery.
• Evaluate case materials, such as notices of deposition, complaints, captions, and associated documentation.
• Formulate case-specific “standing orders” and communicate these to all pertinent internal teams.
• Identify and manage special requests, including rough drafts, real-time services, transcripts, exhibits, and video.
• Generate case memos and keep precise notes within internal systems.
• Establish communication workflows, including appropriate distribution lists.
• Consult with production teams regarding deliverables such as transcripts, exhibits, and video.
• Implement best practices to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality across all cases.
• Exhibit company values in all interactions with clients and internally.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Aptitude for learning and navigating company systems and technology platforms.
• Proactive, responsive, and solution-focused approach.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to make well-informed decisions under pressure.
• Capacity to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
