Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Ensures the department is adequately staffed and well-equipped.

• Responsible for hiring and training new employees.

• Develops and executes business strategies.

• Delegates tasks and oversees business operations.

• Addresses and resolves conflicts or complaints from both customers and employees.

• Analyzes data and operational processes.

• Sets and accomplishes business goals.

• Maintains a clean and orderly business environment.

• Prepares reports for senior management.

• Ensures that staff adheres to company policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Strong comprehension of business management, financial principles, and leadership concepts.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.

• Proficient in time and project management.

• Capable of analyzing processes and information to identify issues, trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
