This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Investigation Assistance: Aid case managers in the collection and organization of investigation materials, including SR1, SR19, EAMS checks, witness statements, and photographs from the accident scene.
• Acquire Declaration Pages from first-party insurance providers.
• Request searches for policy limits to determine third-party insurance policy limits.
• Client Appointment Coordination: Assist in arranging medical appointments for clients and follow up to ensure timely evaluations.
• Verify that clients have transportation arranged for all appointments.
• Keep case managers updated on scheduled treatments and appointment changes.
• Traffic Collision Reports: Request and track the status of Traffic Collision Reports.
• Ensure the team receives accurate and prompt accident information.
• Correspondence Drafting: Compose and dispatch letters and various correspondence related to case development and client interactions.
• Confirm delivery of correspondence and monitor related expenses.
• Bill Verification: Validate relevant costs, including statutory liens, medical bills, and pre-settlement funding obligations.
• Follow up via fax, email, and phone to obtain bills, records, and confirmations punctually.
• Team Communication: Facilitate clear communication with supervising attorneys and case managers.
• Address client inquiries through texts and calls when the case manager is unavailable.
• Elevate sensitive issues to the supervising attorney as necessary.
• Actively seek guidance or training when uncertain about policies or procedures.
• Proficient in advanced English, both in writing and speaking.
• Prior experience in administrative support, legal assistance, case management, customer service, or operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Outstanding organizational, follow-up, and documentation abilities.
• Strong written communication skills for drafting correspondence.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable with follow-ups via phone, email, and fax.
• Availability to work 8 hours daily, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with personal injury law or legal case management.
• Understanding of U.S. insurance, medical billing, or legal documentation.
• Experience supporting attorneys, case managers, or claims teams.
• Knowledge of Traffic Collision Reports, medical liens, or insurance policy documents.
• Fully remote position available for LATAM-based professionals.
