This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Provide life insurance producers with specialized advanced planning and illustration assistance to boost life insurance sales.
• Advanced sales case development.
• Research and development for advanced cases.
• Capability to comprehensively understand client life needs – including income protection, estate planning, and replacement strategies.
• Review currently approved products for each wirehouse and select the most suitable carriers, products, and designs tailored for the client.
• Development of advanced sales marketing resources.
• Preparation of sales presentations, which includes securing compliance approvals from financial institutions.
• Serve as a liaison among financial institutions, agents, and carrier home offices to streamline sales processes.
• Assist in the sale of carrier-specific and Crump proprietary advanced sales materials.
• Keep an in-depth understanding of approved carriers and products by financial institutions, including updates on new products, product modifications, transitions, repricing, limitations, riders, etc.
• Maintain effective communication regularly with the sales team, carrier wholesalers, internal sales desks, and case managers to ensure transparency regarding products and changes.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Efficient time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Proficient in self-directed work.
• Experience using PCs within a Windows environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental computer applications, including Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to analyze issues and formulate solutions.
• Competence in communicating with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant work experience.
• Experience with advanced case design, research, and handling complex cases.
• Background in creating marketing tools to enhance sales.
• Comprehensive understanding of various tax and legal regulations related to life insurance.
• Outstanding writing and technical research skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of carrier life products, specific advanced sales concepts, and illustration software.
