
Case Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Manage an active caseload of 100-150 cases with confidence.
β’ Foster relationships with legal firms and healthcare providers.
β’ Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and medical professionals to guarantee optimal care and service.
β’ Supervise medical treatment for accident victims, which includes scheduling and coordinating appointments, reviewing medical records, and arranging transportation.
β’ Evaluate and make funding decisions up to $25K.
β’ Maintain workflow by prioritizing daily and weekly tasks efficiently.
β’ Conduct weekly metrics by analyzing dashboards, verifying data, and identifying basic trends to ensure accurate case tracking.
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet service levels and revenue objectives.
β’ Occasionally support the training of new team members.
β’ Deliver outstanding customer service on a daily basis.
β’ Exceptional customer service skills and effective time management.
β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
β’ Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
β’ Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of the case lifecycle.
β’ Capability to assess overall case metrics, cultivate relationships with law firms, and make timely decisions independently or with supervisory input.
