This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Ensure that reports maintain the highest standards of quality and integrity.
• Provide assistance with quality assurance inquiries.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of reports and correspondence.
• Confirm compliance with board specialty reviews.
• Address customer complaints and resolve quality assurance issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry, preferably in claims management.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications, and laboratory values.
• Competent typist with a minimum typing speed of 40 W.P.M.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet usage.
• Outstanding communication skills.
