Cart Retrieval Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the inventory of shopping carts during peak seasons.

• Adhere to established routes to ensure efficient and timely customer service.

• Log all completed tasks using RMS's operations application.

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to organize the retrieval schedule, manage services, and resolve cart-related issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a truck or flatbed trailer capable of picking up and delivering shopping carts.

• Hold a valid state driver’s license.

• Maintain appropriate vehicle insurance and valid vehicle registration.

• Comply with safety protocols.

• Be prepared to work in various weather conditions.

• Work independently as a member of the RMS team while ensuring effective communication with staff.
