This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Proactively engage with both new and existing carriers to assess available capacity.
• Gather and record all available capacity from designated carriers.
• Strategically focus on specific carrier prospects based on size, region, and type of equipment.
• Align entered capacity with every available load within the TMS.
• Allocate the most suitable carrier to each available load.
• Effectively communicate load expectations and details to guarantee a successful transaction.
• Negotiate daily, monthly, and annual pricing with carriers in accordance with market trends.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned carriers.
• Foster and sustain relationships with truckload carriers.
• Supply all necessary pickup information and documentation to carriers to ensure timely pickups.
• Connect drivers electronically to the company’s tracking application.
• Identify load-level issues and collaborate cross-functionally to find the best solutions.
• Assist in collecting PODs and other accessorial documents from carriers.
• 0-2 years of demonstrated experience in a Carrier Sales role or a similar logistics position.
• Proficiency in communicating effectively with carriers, internal teams, and customers via phone and email.
• Solid understanding of transportation regulations and logistics procedures.
• Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
