• Oversee the complete recruitment process for caregiver positions with a focus on high-volume hiring.
• Identify, evaluate, and advance candidates swiftly through the recruitment stages.
• Conduct telephone interviews and promptly coordinate subsequent steps.
• Collaborate with branch leaders to achieve hiring objectives and address staffing needs.
• Maintain precise candidate tracking within ATS systems (Workday + Phenom).
• Utilize sourcing tools such as Indeed, Phenom, and other platforms to create candidate pipelines.
• Track recruiting metrics (calls, offers, hires) and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in the healthcare or home care sector.
• Demonstrated capability to manage extensive candidate pipelines and achieve hiring goals.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven, performance-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (preferably Workday) and sourcing platforms.
