Career Success Coach – Japan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions [Up to 6 hours per week]

• Provide 4-6 hours of availability for office hours each week

• Communicate regular updates to the PD team [1 hour per week]

• Track learner engagement, interactions, and job search progress [Up to 2 hours per week]

• Offer feedback on resumes and LinkedIn profiles [Up to 2.5 hours per week]

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience

• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in career development or coaching, professional counseling, or related program management for job seekers

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese, suitable for executive-level interactions

• Proven ability to build trusting relationships and provide effective guidance to adult learners and/or job seekers

• Experience in delivering career coaching in a fully remote environment

• A knack for empathetic and considerate communication with others

• Strong work ethic, capable of performing well under pressure and with minimal supervision

• A proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail and a quick learning ability

• High level of technical proficiency and adaptability to new tools and technologies

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
