This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interview Preparation: Equip students for the interview process by conducting practice interviews and engaging in formal resume discussions.
• Real-World Expectations: Establish clear expectations for actual interviews and lead practice sessions with a minimum of 5 students daily. These sessions typically vary from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours in duration.
• Video Interview Facilitation: Prepare for video interviews by outlining the call flow and expectations, alongside facilitating a comprehensive mock interview experience.
• Individualized Action Plans: Identify and communicate tailored action plans for each student to improve their interviewing skills.
• Professionalism and Control: Exhibit enthusiasm, build rapport, and maintain a professional tone and pace. Ensure control over conversations, staying on topic and managing appropriate call durations.
• Collaboration and Communication: Engage in team collaboration and communication, contributing actively with team members through video and in digital workspaces and virtual events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Capability to provide exceptional student service.
• Skills – professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, rapport building, and motivation.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Basic computer literacy to effectively navigate and use the technology required for the position.
• Any degree or equivalent experience and/or strong or advanced proficiency in any of the required skills/experience listed above.
• Over 2 years of experience in management, recruiting/human resources, or education.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams.
• Additional skills or competencies – professional/career coaching/mentorship, typing, resume writing/editing, and video presence.
