Career Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Support, career development, and assistance in job searching for users of the Career PRO program.

• Help in creating resumes and candidate profiles on job portals.

• Conduct one-on-one calls and work on motivation strategies.

• Organize career webinars upon request.

• Research the IT employer market in Ukraine and globally.

• Work with CRM systems.

• Take a proactive approach in generating ideas and executing tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1.5 years of experience in recruitment, coaching, or career consulting.

• Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.

• Understanding of the IT market and industry.

• Empathy and the ability to understand people, their needs, and motivations, while providing constructive feedback.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

• English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.

• Willingness to complete basic courses in all training areas we offer (Recruitment, QA, Java, Python).

• A significant advantage: experience in hiring or career consulting for the European market.
