Career Change for Nursing Professionals – Software Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for planning, designing, and executing software rollout projects for our clients (e.g., conducting planning and requirements workshops, software implementation & configuration, project management, etc.)

• Facilitate user training sessions at client locations or online (e.g., functional and product training)

• Offer proficient consulting and dedicated support to our clients to ensure the effective use of our software products

• Receive comprehensive onboarding for software implementation (installation, configuration, custom database queries, etc.)

• Maintain communication with internal project leads and client-side project stakeholders

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the myneva products by identifying market and customer needs and relaying them to product management

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree, ideally in healthcare/nursing management or in IT

• Practical experience in project work within the nursing/care sector or in IT

• General IT affinity and eagerness to advance your IT skills (prior knowledge of MS Windows Server, MS Internet Information Services, MS SQL databases is advantageous but not mandatory)

• Team-oriented, capable of working independently, and enjoys sharing ideas

• Ability to simplify complex topics for better understanding

• Business-fluent in German and basic proficiency in English

• Valid driving license class B and willingness to travel within Germany
