Care Specialist II – Fuze Rx

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Devote over 90% of your time providing personalized, direct assistance to patients, primarily addressing pharmacy-related inquiries via phone and email.

• Identify, address, and resolve issues related to pharmacy inquiries.

• Collaborate with other teams to meet patient needs and enhance the overall experience.

• Exhibit empathy in all patient interactions, effectively managing escalations, offering resolutions, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

• Provide insights on recurring issues or potential workflow enhancements based on patient interactions, while consistently adhering to predefined workflows to meet pharmacy requirements within standard timelines and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A valid pharmacy technician license in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of application, with no disciplinary actions.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting, interacting with patients and providers.

• Availability to work the following shift: [insert shift here before posting].

• Must be able to commute to and work at the pharmacy location during scheduled shifts, if this role is hybrid or onsite.

• Capability to learn and operate a new pharmacy management system along with other relevant software.

• Proficiency in interpreting, transcribing, and troubleshooting prescription details.

• Ability to perform standard mathematical calculations.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with patients and providers over the phone.
