Care Path Educator – Tzield

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide education to accounts regarding T1D screening, monitoring, and early detection for all patient populations at risk.

• Evaluate current account screening procedures to pinpoint gaps, obstacles, and opportunities for internal business planning and coordination.

• Share best practices to aid in the development and execution of screening and monitoring protocols and infrastructure.

• Connect various account stakeholders to foster effective collaboration and co-create processes.

• Map and evaluate account referral networks while educating accounts on their significance.

• Facilitate peer-to-peer engagements within account referral networks to ensure sustainable patient flows.

• Collaborate with Sanofi medical and sales teams to provide insights and assist in accelerating account progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A B.A. / B.S. degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or healthcare administration.

• Strong grasp of T1D care pathways and screening practices.

• Proficiency in data analysis and value-based healthcare.

• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.

• Proven capability to manage and nurture a diverse range of stakeholders.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for customer visits, conventions, training, and other internal meetings.
