This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Provide education to accounts regarding T1D screening, monitoring, and early detection for populations at risk.

• Assess account screening processes to uncover gaps, barriers, and opportunities for internal business planning and coordination.

• Guide accounts on best practices for establishing and executing screening and monitoring protocols and infrastructure.

• Facilitate collaboration and process co-creation by connecting cross-functional account stakeholders.

• Map out and evaluate account referral networks.

• Inform accounts about the significance of peer-to-peer interactions to ensure sustainable patient flows.

• Collaborate with Sanofi medical and sales teams to disseminate insights and assist in account acceleration.

• A B.A. / B.S. degree is mandatory.

• Over 3 years of substantial experience in account management or healthcare administration is required.

• A strong understanding of T1D care pathways and screening practices is essential.

• Proficiency in data analysis and value-based healthcare is necessary.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

• Strong capability to manage and nurture diverse stakeholders is needed.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for customer visits, conventions, training, and other internal meetings.

• An advanced degree is preferred.
