This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist older adults and their caregivers throughout the intake process with compassion, clarity, and professionalism.

• Support each new patient as they transition into care, ensuring they are matched with the appropriate therapist and feel confident and understood at every stage of their journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Compassionate and articulate communicator. You engage with kindness, listen attentively, and help others feel comfortable, even in challenging or emotional discussions.

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. You effectively manage multiple patients at various stages of the process without letting anything fall through the cracks.

• Tech-savvy. You are at ease with learning tools such as Google Workspace, EHR systems (e.g., Healthie), or CRMs like HubSpot, and you quickly adapt to new software.

• Aligned with our mission. You are passionate about enhancing care for older adults and are eager to contribute significantly to someone’s initial steps toward improved mental health.

• Experience is appreciated but not required. You may have a background in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support, but what matters most is your organization, compassion, and willingness to grow.
