
Care Coordinator β Non-Clinical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Manage incoming phone calls and return calls from patients related to clinical inquiries for designated providers.
β’ Make phone calls and generate template-based letters concerning all lab results for patient communication.
β’ Review the daily schedule to ensure all pre-visit preparations are finalized.
β’ Contact patients identified as being at risk of a βno-showβ prior to their scheduled appointment.
β’ Begin the process of completing forms for review and final signature by the provider.
β’ Support the care team in regularly completing reports for health needs assessments.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent.
β’ 2-4 years of healthcare experience in outpatient clinic settings.
β’ Experience in specialty/multispecialty clinics is highly preferred.
β’ Fluency in Spanish is required.
