Care Coach Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and empower a team of care coaches in their daily tasks.

• Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment that prioritizes open communication, respect, and mutual assistance.

• Ensure that care coaches achieve performance metrics and provide exceptional, client-focused care.

• Facilitate regular team meetings and individual sessions to offer continuous feedback and support.

• Promote ongoing program enhancement by assessing care coach performance, client outcomes, and feedback to pinpoint areas for development.

• Aid in the onboarding process and ongoing training for new care coaches.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Crisis role as a Supervisor.

• Must be available for evening shifts (until 9 PM MST) and on Saturdays.

• Previous management experience is required.

• Familiarity with KPI-driven environments is essential.

• A clinical background or relevant licensure is an advantage.
